Steps to Return Your Package

In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online or through other forms of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order, or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a refund. You can do this for any reason—even if you just changed your mind. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The withdrawal period ends 60 days after the day you received your goods.

As you know, Selena works with many different suppliers in many different countries and continents. Selene is a marketing company, which means various suppliers can offer their products on our webshop. This saves a lot of money on purchases and allows us to keep costs as low as possible for you.

However, this also means that the return policy is different from what you might be used to. Since we do not have our own warehouse or storage facilities, you must return the package to the supplier, i.e., the company from which it originated.

As stated in the shipping policy, Selene is in no way responsible for the costs of returning a product or products.

We understand that this can be very inconvenient and undesirable, as our suppliers are often located in Asia, and the return costs can therefore be very high. Return costs can be 25 euros or more. You should keep this in mind when purchasing multiple products that you might try without intending to keep them.

Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we want to accommodate you by offering various options.

How does it work?

  • You have 60 days from the date you received the order.
  • Provide your order number. Contact us if you cannot find the order number.
  • The product must be in good condition and show no signs of use.
  • The product must be returned as it was received, with all accessories.

Step 1: Send an email

Send an email to info@selenaskinco.com. We will work with you to find a solution and ensure you remain a satisfied customer. Also, send us your order number and 3 photos of the product: one photo of the product in the box with all accessories, one photo showing the product, and one photo showing the product turned on.

Step 2: Fill out the return form you receive in the email.

Step 3: Send your order

Send the product along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Don’t forget all the accessories!

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount

Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your bank account within 7 working days.
